Crime Alert: Simple Robbery in Girard Park
On July 25, 2016, at approximately 6:23 p.m., Lafayette Police officers responded to Girard Park at the basketball court area in reference to a simple robbery complaint. The suspects were last seen headed toward the Oil Center. One white male suspect was described as approximately 5’10”, wearing a yellow shirt and dark green pants, and pushing a bicycle. The second white male suspect was described as approximately 5’10”, wearing a blue/gray shirt, blue pants, a baseball style cap and has a beard. At this time, officers were unable to locate the suspects.
