Crime Alert: Shooting
On September 18, 2015, at approximately 10:00 p.m., Lafayette Police responded to 409 E. University in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, police found the victim with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the arm. The victim is a non-student and possibly knows the shooter. The victim is communicating with Lafayette Police and was transported to a local hospital.
This information is being provided in an effort to comply with the federal Jeanne Clery Act.
